7P Concepts (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).
When you contact us through our website forms, WhatsApp, phone or email, we may collect your name, company, contact details and information about your event or booth requirements.
When you tap a WhatsApp button on our website, we record a short reference code, the page, and how you reached our site (for example a Google ad click identifier, campaign tags or the referring website). The code is added to your WhatsApp message so we can see which pages and advertising lead to enquiries. This record is kept in our Google account and used only for that purpose.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotations, deliver and manage projects, and keep records of our business dealings with you. We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data with service providers who help us operate (such as web hosting and analytics providers) and where required by law. Our website may use analytics tools (such as Google tools) that set cookies to help us understand website usage.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
