Fabrication and installation are where an exhibition booth moves from an approved visual into a physical space. The work needs to stay connected to the concept, the project requirements and the organiser’s site information. 7P Concepts provides booth fabrication and installation in Malaysia as part of a full-service exhibition booth consultancy.
Clients can work with 7P Concepts across the wider process, including concept development, 3D visuals, organiser coordination, installation, handover and dismantle. This gives the fabrication and site work a clear reference from the earlier planning stages.
Fabrication based on an agreed booth direction
Before fabrication, the booth direction is communicated through the concept and 3D visuals. These materials help the client and project team review what is proposed. They also provide a shared point of reference as the booth elements are prepared.
The brief should include the confirmed booth space and relevant organiser information. Brand materials and practical requirements should also be supplied where available. If a detail is not yet confirmed, it should remain open for follow-up rather than being assumed.
Connecting design decisions with practical delivery
A booth can only be installed effectively when its planned elements and site requirements are considered together. 7P Concepts keeps the work connected by providing consultancy across the design and delivery stages.
The service sequence can include:
- reviewing the client’s project brief;
- developing the booth concept;
- preparing 3D visuals for review;
- fabricating the approved booth elements;
- coordinating with the exhibition organiser;
- installing the booth on site;
- handing the booth over before the exhibition; and
- dismantling it after the event.
The exact scope should be agreed for each project. This copy does not promise a fixed schedule because event access, organiser requirements and project details can vary.
On-site installation, handover and dismantle
Installation brings the fabricated elements together at the exhibition venue. Organiser coordination helps connect the project with the site information supplied for the event. Once the agreed work is in place, the booth can be handed over to the client before the exhibition.
After the event, dismantle can form part of the service. Including this stage in the project conversation gives the client a clearer view of the booth’s full on-site journey, not only its opening-day appearance.
Booth projects by 7P Concepts
The current 7P Concepts portfolio includes exhibition booth projects for CEXCI, DTS Group, Green Wellness, Markem-Imaje, Monitor ERP System, Sarawak Energy, STIEBEL ELTRON and Gabungan Parti Sarawak. A Yeo’s event installation is also featured. Each project page can be used as a visual reference for the work already shown on the website. Do not add a venue, city, year or result to these references unless the information is separately verified.
7P Concepts supports projects in Malaysia and selected cross-country locations. Enquiries should include the exhibition location so the project can be discussed against the actual event information.
